How do I add credits?
Open your profile menu and choose Credit In. Enter the amount you want to request and optionally leave a note. The request is then sent to the Underground staff for review.
When do credits actually reach my balance?
Credits are added to your account only after the request has been approved by an administrator. Submitting a request alone does not change your balance.
How does Credit Out work?
Credit Out works as a withdrawal request. Select Credit Out in your profile menu, enter the requested amount and submit the request. The amount is deducted only after staff approval.

How do I bet on a duel?
Open the main Underground page, choose an available duel and select the side you want to support. Enter a valid credit amount and confirm the bet before betting closes.
What happens when a duel goes live?
Once a duel is marked live, the public duel view becomes the active match. Betting availability depends on the configured betting rules and closing time for that duel.
Where can I see my betting history?
Your account activity and the Underground's public information are driven by the live system. Additional history can be added to the account area as the Underground expands.

THE UNDERGROUND CARD MARKET
How do I participate in an auction?
Open the Auction page, review the currently listed card and place a valid bid. The current highest bid and remaining time are displayed directly on the auction screen.
Why does the auction timer increase?
The Underground auction system extends the timer when a valid bid arrives near the end of an auction. This gives other bidders an opportunity to respond.
How can I submit a card for auction?
Contact the Underground staff through the designated Discord channel. Staff can then collect the card, starting price and desired foil effect for the listing.

How much does one spin cost?
The Slot Terminal displays the current spin cost directly above the reels and on the Spin button. The cost is charged from your Underground balance when the spin is completed.
Can I see a rare card without winning it?
Yes. The visible reel pool is intentionally separate from the actual reward calculation. A UR, SR or Secret card appearing on a reel does not mean that the card is guaranteed to be won.
What happens when I actually win a card?
A winning combination is resolved independently from the normal reel visuals. When a real card reward is triggered, the reward is registered and the configured inventory stock is reduced unless the card is marked unlimited.
